Baseball is a sport that consists of periods of
inactivity followed by short bursts of dynamic energy.
In this sport, athletes are required to twist, bend,
swing, stretch, and reach very quickly and explosively.
These movements put a great deal of strain on the body
and if the body is not prepared to handle this stress,
then it can quickly breakdown.
My training will focus on speed, agility, quickness,
explosive movements, plyometrics, core, balance,
functional training, & flexibility.
For years I have worked with athletes of all ages on the
design and implementation of successful strength &
conditioning programs.
I am certified by the
International Sport Science Association as a Specialist
in Sports Conditioning and by the National Strength and
Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning
Specialist, (CSCS).
